She Arrives!

At 12:00:23 on 1/11/11 Fallyn Dorothy Jane Chalfant  arrived.  She made us wait until just after midnight to ensure that she got her birthday of choice after 25.5 hrs of excitement.  After a few days at the hospital getting a tan, giving some blood and sleeping at odd times, Fallyn came home.

T-Minus 6 days

Welcome to the first installment of our Blog for "Baby Chalfant".  We don't know if we are having a boy or a girl and "it" seems a little impersonal, so we will use "BC" for now.  Who knows, this name might stick.

We are expecting BC's arrival any day now, although the official date is January 7th.  BC is very active and seems to be ready for the larger world.  Jill is doing great as she has through most of her pregnancy, and only looks really pregnant from the side.  Here she is seeing if she got any taller at the doctor's office.  BC is in the picture too, although not very easy to see.
